Zniffer / Advanced Radio Tool installation guide
The new Zniffer / Advanced Radio Tool works with Z-Uno 2 and RaZberry 7 (standard and Pro)
To start using the tools please follow few steps:
Upgrade your Z-Uno 2
Install the Arduino IDE. You will need to install the beta path (step 4 in the guide)
Go in Tools > Board > Board Manager, select Z-Wave.Me Z-Uno2 > 3.0.9 > Install
Once done, plug the Z-Uno 2. Windows users might need to install a driver.
In Tools menu select the board and the programmer (Z-Uno 2G). Then do Tools > Burn bootloader to update your Z-Uno 2 firmware.
You Z-Uno 2 is up to date now!
Upgrade your RaZberry 7
Upgrade your RaZberry 7 firmware to version 7.26 or upper using Z-Way or ZMESerialUpdater tool.
RaZberry 7 with PTI port can run in receive only mode (PTI mode) while still working as a Z-Wave controller (with Z-Way or any other third party sowtware), second UART is needed in that case. In Modem mode RaZberry 7 stops serving the controller functionality and switches to Zniffer/A.R.T. only mode
